Reduce your calorie intake:

You should change your present eating habit if you are overweight. If you eat lots of cakes, sweets and food then it is not possible to reduce your body fat. We should know to control and limit these foods to small quantities. Only during some special occasions we should have some treats. Your body should know to use up existing storage of fat by eating less in case of weight loss. Also if you take crash diet it ends up with either giving up in desperation or getting weaker. To lose weight in a reasonable and healthy way there are no shortcuts to follow. To loss between two to three pounds per week you should take 400 to 600 calories less per day.
